When I was a boy in Idaho Falls, Idaho, I passed the Hiway Cafe nearly every morning on the way to school, or on weekends it seemed to be a Saturday morning route to wherever with my parents, or friends. Always in the mornings there were three cars out front on the North Yellowstone Highway. One was a 356a Porsche coupe with the most wonderful grey/brown creamy paint and silver 5 lug wheels. The second was a 58 (I believe) Corvette Roadster, raked and cool looking. The third was a Buick which I did not portray here, but I loved these two. The guys who owned them were in their 30's and were the coolest guys with the coolest cars . . .
As usual, I am not satisfied with the photo, but I wanted to share my attempt at portraying a memory.
